Industry Challenge
The packaging industry has long relied on non-recyclable materials like plastic and paper, leading to significant environmental pollution. While global efforts to reduce plastic usage are growing, sustainable and scalable alternatives are still scarce. This is where Arboloom’s solution of using wood veneer for packaging stands out, offering a truly sustainable alternative that aligns with the principles of a circular economy.
Our Challenge
Arboloom’s challenge was to effectively communicate the value of our wood veneer cups—not just as an eco-friendly product but as a scalable, cost-effective solution for large events and businesses. Competing in the Nespresso Swiss StartupCup meant showcasing both our innovative technology and business potential to a panel of experts in sustainability and entrepreneurship.
